The place and service was good. But ordering through the app sucked. It was very very slow. It took me 15 minutes to select my pizza order and to add my credit card info. I don't know if the server was bogged down with high traffic volume. But old dial up in the 90s would have been faster as a comparison how slow the app was.

Try the stuffed crust, it's great. Lately they have been really busy, you should order on line 30 minutes in advance.

I go here often and always have great service, but I had to share my experience tonight. I was a walk in and when I arrived there were about 8 people waiting. It turns out they ran out of dough. Even though some of the customers were not understanding and impatient, the 3 guys working there did not stop working as hard as they could despite the circumstance’s. I worked at little Caesar’s when I was a teenager and have been in this exact same scenario and these three guys handled it amazing. Papa Murphy’s should be proud to have them as employees! Pizza was good too as always.

I ordered a family size pizza over the phone. The person who answered the phone was not helpful and rude. When I went in to pick up my pizza, the person who helped me was also rude. There was no eye contact, and she looked like she hated being there. The guy that seemed to "be in charge" was barking at the staff. Maybe just a toxic work environment? Sad! It does affect the customer experience. Pizza tasted good, but most of the toppings were several inches away from the edges. Updated 10/31/2024: I had a good experience this time around. Friendly staff, pizza was made well. I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars.
